Why do we need Little Haven?
As of now, over a 1000 children have died due to heatstrokes in cars with over 37 deaths per year where 90% of those involving kids under the age of 3. Infants' bodies heat up three to five times faster than adults, making them incredibly vulnerable—even on seemingly mild days.
We understand the stress parents endure when caring for their children, especially when they are unable to monitor their child. Seeing our parents struggle with this while raising younger siblings, we know what parents top concerns are with baby car seats. Inventing a seat accessory that works with pre-existing car seats and allows parents peace of mind through Carplay and real time monitoring seemed like the best solution. By selling directly or working with hospitals, Little Haven could prevent hundreds of unnecessary infant deaths.
